- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed and chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Step 3: Fold in chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Step 4: Transfer to casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan.
- Step 5: Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Broil 2–3 minutes for golden top.
- Step 6: Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve
