Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Step: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Step: Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Step: Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
- Step: Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Step: Stir in cherry tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step: Cook for another 10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Step: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice or pita bread. Can substitute chicken with turkey. Adjust vegetables based on preference.
