Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Step 3: Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
  5. Step 5: Stir in cherry tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Step 6: Cook for another 10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice or pita bread. Can substitute chicken with turkey. Adjust vegetables based on preference.
