Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, egg, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Step 3: Pour a ladle of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Step 4: Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
- Step 5: Repeat with remaining batter.
