- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach until wilted (2-3 minutes), then set aside.
- Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine: Stir shredded chicken and sautéed spinach into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Assemble: Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool: Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
