- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Step 3: Brown chicken thighs in the pan until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Step 4: Add chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Step 5: Add cauliflower rice, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
