  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed and chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Step: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
